The process begins, and then all the cards get this error message. I’ve done this twice and it still uses my credits. I’d appreciate the issue to be fixed and my credits returned. Thank you. Aaron DeBenedetto

    Hey @Aaron DeBenedetto Alphana is back online.

    We’ve fixed the issue with one of our third-party providers, and everything’s running smoothly again. You can now create new projects and repurpose videos as usual.

    If you've consumed credits, let me know approximately how much or how many projects you tried, and I'll add credits back to your account.
