Lost credits and no info was generated

I am trying to create new content and it took alot of credits and time from me but did not return any content.

    @john.weidow.jr So sorry for the inconvenience. OpenAI was having issues which in turn caused projects to fail in Alphana. That should now be resolved. Could you try it again now?

    Do you recall the amount of credits that were deducted? I’ll make sure to add them to your account for the inconvenience.
