Ability to save Project Instructions

I am doing work for the same two customers, but I need to fill out the Project Instructions each time I upload a video. It would be great to have the ability to save the particular instruction and just click it when on the Personalize page

    Hey @michelle, you’re not missing anything. Today there isn’t a 1-click saved preset picker on the Personalize page. That’s a great suggestion.

    Workaround you can use right now (and it accomplishes the same outcome):

    Use Templates to save the client-specific instructions once, then reuse them every time you create a new project.

    How to do it:

    1. Create a project for Client A

    2. Add your Client A Project Instructions (App Instructions) in that project

    3. Save that project as a Template and name it something like Client A - Default

    4. Next time you upload a video for Client A, select that template when creating the project. The instructions carry over automatically

    If you need multiple instruction sets per client:

    • Duplicate the Client A template, tweak the instructions, and save it as Client A - Variant 2, Client A - Shorts, etc.

    • Repeat the same approach for Client B

    This also plays nicely with Global Instructions:

    • Keep Global Instructions for rules that should apply to everything

    • Use templates with App Instructions for anything client-specific

    We’re keeping this request in review because a true preset selector would make this even faster, but templates should remove the need to re-type instructions every time.
